[wifi-bcm4330] miscellaneous things on bcm4330 wifi

　　1. HOST_WAKE irq trigger polarity,HIGH-LEVEL(default) or LOW-LEVEL
　　2. Reasons for "enable f2 failed"
　　why does the error "enable F2 failed" , the reason is either yourbcmdhd.cal or the fw_*.bin is not correct, not matching the bcm4330 chip.
