The requirements in detailed:1. 3-4 years developed experience (must)
2. 1-2 years rational using experience (must)
3. Good communication skill (must)
4. Have project management experience(plus)
5. Have architecture design thinking(plus)
6. Have pres-sale experience (preferred)
Responsibilities
. Communicate with world-wide product management team, understand the product development roadmap, enable local technical team and send the feedback to development team
. Customize Rational solution for special industry in China and enable local technical and sales team
. Collect competitor’s information and define the promoting program.
. Perform technical presales support for some typical customers.
. Enable Rational solution to internal IBM.
. Work with marketing team and run the marketing event.
