Job Description
-- Support sales team to collect and analyze business requirements on quality and testing service
-- As a solution architect to write proposal and bidding documents
-- Provide professional quality and testing consulting service to China customers.
-- Closely work with deliver team and make sure project deliver successfully.
Job Requirement
-- Very familiar with Requirement Management, Defect Management, Test Case Management and Quality Assurance Processes
-- Very familiar with Process and Project Quantity Management
-- Familiar with Software Quality Assurance and Configuration Management
-- General Knowledge on UML , Database , Unix and Network
-- Solid software engineering process and quality knowledge and experience (CMMI/TCOE/ITIL/ISO9000)
-- Experience on finance and telecom industry
-- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
-- Strong business sense, very good customer communication skills
-- Skillful on MS Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio)
-- Self motivator and fast learner
-- Ability of independent and team work with strong drive for results
-- Strong customer and quality focus
Work Experience
-- At least 5 years IT working experience with strong software testing background
-- At least 2 years consulting on testing experience, has excellent presentation skills as well as document writing skills.
-- PMP Preferred
