Dell服务转移
Dell服务转移因为是海外的项目，需要将售后服务从国内转到国外的Dell售后，便于快捷的支撑。
1. 服务转移URL，转移前一定要收集所有的Service Tag，都在设备上贴着：

2. 根据Service Tag查询设备的维保期限：
