LibreSSL是由四个部分组成：
[*] The openssl(1) utility, which provides tools for managing keys, certificates, etc.
[*] libcrypto: a library of cryptography fundamentals
[*] libssl: a TLS library, backwards-compatible with OpenSSL
[*] libtls: a new TLS library, designed to make it easier to write foolproof applications

* Reworked build scripts to better sync with OpenNTPD-portable
* Fixed broken manpage links
* Fixed an nginx compatibility issue by adding an 'install_sw' make alias
* Fixed HP-UX builds
* Changed the default configuration directory to c:\LibreSSL\ssl on Windows
binary builds
* cert.pem has been reorganized and synced with Mozilla's certificate store
