win7安装PostgreSQL报错The "Secondary Logon" service is not running

　　安装PostgreSQL要启动一个window的系统服务。
　　启动控制面板----->Administration Tools(管理工具)------>服务------>Secondary Logon
　　启动这个服务就可以了。
