解决NGINX PHP "No input file specified"
本地apache，换成nginx1.0.11，配置文件如下：

最主要的是：
1. 更改php.ini
首先php.ini的配置中把
;cgi.fix_pathinfo=0 改为
cgi.fix_pathinfo=1
2. 在nginx/conf/nginx.conf 找到：
fastcgi_param SCRIPT_FILENAME /scripts$fastcgi_script_name; 改为：
fastcgi_param SCRIPT_FILENAME $document_root$fastcgi_script_name;
