Job Responsibility：1.Porting of BEA products into different operating systems.
2.Migration of applications from Weblogic 5.x, 6.x, to Weblogic 8.x, Weblogic 9.x
3.Administration and deployment of Applications to Weblogic 8x +,
4.Responsible for Configuring individual/Cluster server.
5.Monitoring all Web Application components.
6.Monitoring servers in a cluster.
7.Monitoring servers performance.
8.Bachelor or master degree
Satyam is a company of passed CMM 5 Level in India. His HR call me today, said they has a job of BEA Weblogic Administrator.have you fun to the job?
I agreed to talk with their manager. I think , I can't get this job.
I dont know what that, I start dont believe myself, like my english, like my degree etc.
Though , I am excellent developer, and will become a excellent technical manager.
What can I do?
