Windows update 卡在搜索补丁步骤
Step 1:1. ClickStart
2. Type‘cmd’ in the search bar.
3. Rightclick Command prompt and choose “Run as Administrator”
4. Atthe command prompt, type the following, commands and then press ENTER aftereach command:
a. netstop wuauserv
b. netstop bits
c. netstop cryptsvc
Pleasedo not close the Command Prompt window.
Setp 2:
Renamefolders pertaining to Windows Update.
Atthe command prompt, type the following commands, and then press Enter aftereach command:
a) ren%systemroot%\System32\Catroot2 Catroot2.old --Option
b) ren%systemroot%\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old
Atthe command prompt, type the following, commands and then press ENTER aftereach command:
a) netstart wuauserv
b) netstart bits
c) netstart cryptsvc
Closethe Command Prompt window and check the issue if issue reoccurs
