　　When per-form-ing back-ups of a Win-dows 2008 Server fail with “0xe000fec9 — A fail-ure occurred access-ing the Writer metadata.”
　　Answer:
　　1) Stop Remote Agent for Windows
　　2) Rename bedsshadow.dll in Pro-gram Files\Symantec\Backup Exec\RAWS
　　3) Restart the Remote Agent
