esxi 5安装不了，提示VMware ESXi requires a 64 Bit CPU with support for LAHF/SAHF in Long Mode.Esxi 4可以安装，32，64位版本都可以
The DL360/DL380 G4 models have 64 bit XEON processors. However, these processors do not support Intel-VT as well as other features of the newer processor generations. I also have some of these models in my lab and run ESXi 4.1 on them (with 32 bit guests only). It looks like ESXi 5 has requirements which cannot be met by these XEON CPUs though. Btw. the last supported version of ESX(i) for the G4 models was ESX(i) 3.5
Depending on your PCs/Notebooks hardware and whether it supports Intel-VT (or AMD-V) you can run ESXi 5 as a VM on e.g. VMware Workstation. With VMware Workstation 8 it's even possible to pass VT to the VM and run nested 64 bit guests (if needed).

刻录一个光盘，然后启动即可：
总结：dell sc1425的cpu不支持intel-vt，而esxi 5需要intel-vt支持，因此esxi5无法安装。
esxi4.1也是需要intel-vt支持才可以安装的。
但是exsi 3.5和4.0可以安装，因为它们不需要intel-vt.
不过上面只能跑32bit的虚拟机。64bit的vm仍然需要intel-vt
