　　如果需要外部用户也可以使用技能搜索，需要将MOSS对外发布。如果无法访问 SharePoint Server，会出现相应的错误消息。
　　3.配置 Lync 2010 技能搜索
　　在配置lync 前，最好通过MOSS的人员搜索，测试几个关键字进行技能搜索。

　　1) 登录LS-FE.uc-cn.net（10.10.10.91）。打开开始菜单，点击所有程序，展开“Microsoft Lync Server 2010”，运行“Lync Server 2010 命令行管理程序“
　　2) 如果想让Lync与SharePoint搜索集成在一起，只需要在Lync Server Management PowerShell中执行如下命令
