Ubuntu 升级系统版本为最新的官方步骤

首先百度上的好多所谓一个命令完成的都是互相抄袭没经过实践，被证明不适用(不可用)。这些有如"sudo apt-get update&&sudo apt-get upgrade" 或者sudo apt-get update然后sudo update-manager -c -d然后选选择 upgrade 。
鉴于此，查询了官方文档，并实践后将官方步骤列出如下：
1.Open Software Sources (System ▸ Administration ▸ Software Sources) and select the  Updates tab.
打开（软件来源(系统 ▸ 系统管理 ▸ 软件源) ) 并且选择“更新”这个页块

2.Under Release upgrade, make sure that Normal releases is selected and click  Close.
在“版本升级”一栏中，确保在下拉列表中选择了“普通版本”选项，然后点关闭  

3.Open the Update Manager (System ▸ Administration ▸ Update Manager), click  Check and enter your password if prompted. Wait for
    the list of available updates to be downloaded.
    打开“升级管理器”（系统 ▸ 系统管理 ▸ 升级管理器)，点击“检查”按钮，然后在弹出框里输入管理员用户密码。等待“正在下载包信息”的完成后更新列表出来。
4.If a new version of Ubuntu is available, a box at the top of the window
    will appear saying that a new distribution release is available.
    如果此时Ubuntu有可用的新版本，那么在窗口的上条会显示当前有可用的新版本存在。

注：升级不是一次完成的，比如说从10.04要升到12.04是要经过几次这样的过程，比如先从10.04升到10.10，然后重复上面的步骤一直到最新的版本为止。
升级有风险，操作需谨慎。
